"Tea" as it should be taken. Savories and Sweets. From Fine Tea Blends to lumps of sugar and milk to Assorted Finger Sandwiches to Scones to Cakes to Petits fours. Devonshire cream, jams, lemon curd and chocolates, flowers and music—Should your soiree be a Spring Fling to welcome the season or a celebration of the Winter Solstice or a simple gathering of friends, we supply all the things that make the tradition of Tea what it is. Note: Ladies are to dress fashionably complete with hats and gloves—and why not! You can accentuate your Afternoon Tea by giving it a Mystery Theme. Have eight to eleven of your guests portray a suspect in a Who Done it Mystery. We Supply all the information needed at no additional cost.
Royal Tea
Royal Tea encompasses all the above with one addition—Champagne.
Garden Tea
Our Garden Tea is indeed "A moveable feast"! Weather permitting of course, held exclusively out of doors; cold beverages such as Ginger White Grape punch, Lavender punch, and Darjeeling Iced tea is served with the traditional tea sandwiches, cakes and dainties along with festive chilled Hors d' oeuvres. Ladies are to dress fashionably complete with hats and gloves. Should the Weather forecast contradict your plans, we bring it all inside.
Bridal or Baby Shower
These events are served in Afternoon Tea or Royal Tea form. The Host supplies decorations and the special cake for the guest of honor. However, We supply cake with tea as normal along with the usual tea treats as mentioned above. We also supply champagne in the event the shower is specified as a Royal Tea. Herbal Infusion tea blends are highly recommended for that special expectant mommy. Ladies are to dress fashionably complete with hats and gloves.
Novelty Theme Tea PartyThese are mostly Who-Done-It Mystery Tea Parties. Eight to Eleven guests portray characters suspected of a crime. It is up to the other guests to solve the mystery. Characters may even dress up as the individual they are portraying. Recommended attendance is eight to twenty people. We supply scripts, instructions, and invitations at no extra cost. Should you decide on this type of tea, it is advised that you plan at least two to three months in advance; allowing enough time to send out invitations and to give your guests time to learn their roles. It is also advised not to send out formal invitations until you are sure your guests who would portray characters will be able to attend.
Business Meeting
We bring that extra touch of elegance to your place of business. A change in an otherwise hectic day. The calming properties of Tea refreshes the mind. Tea is prepared in buffet style complete with fine linens, china and silver for your meeting and kept to the side of elegance as opposed to the festive side as with Afternoon tea—unless festive or colorful is what you prefer.

Teas served by SC & S are of course the finest blends of Earl Grey Supreme, Earl Grey organic, Darjeeling, Ceylon, Oolong, herbal Infusions and other assorted teas. Your guests will appreciate the buffet style table setting complete with fine linens, porcelain, china, crystal, and silver—making your special event all the more special.

CATERING IS TO CLIENTS WITHIN A ONE HOUR DRIVE OF DOWNTOWN PHOENIX CONSIDERING PEAK AND OFF-PEAK HOURS. A TRAVEL SURCHARGE APPLIES TO ANY DESTINATIONS BEYOND THAT ONE HOUR OF DRIVING TIME.
